Key/Controller Mapping

I decided that it was time to finally implement full keyboard and controller mapping support. This allows the user to define what keys/controller-inputs to use for moving their character and using the window interfaces.

There might still be some odd behaviour in the dialogs, but I will continue to work on the in the near future to improve as needed.
